Payment for Library Card memberships, all CD and Video CD orders must be made using electronic payment through PayPal, or by sending U.S. cash.

2.)  Calculate the total amount due, add $2.50
for shipping. 
(Free shipping for Library Card members.)
3.)  Enter the total in the "amount" box.
4.)  Enter the address you want the order shipped to. 
5.)  In the "special instructions" box, list the items you want to buy.
